We are delighted to inform you that Atlantis Explorers is a complimentary drop-off facility for in-house guest children aged 4-12 years old where we ensure all our explorers have a memorable time during their Royal stay. 

Kindly note if your child is ages 4 years old and is not fully potty trained and still in diapers, we would recommend our babysitting services where our in-house trained babysitters will accompany your child in the Explorers Club.  

The little Explorers may Join our sessions which are composed of a wide range of activities focusing on our main pillars: Explore: Play: Create. 

We also offer specialized activities that we have designed together with other amazing departments, such as the Meet the Expert program, that are not only educational but also fun and exciting.

Suites: Two complimentary Kids Club sessions per day - (2 PER DAY) 

Imperial Club: One complimentary Kids Club session per day - (1 PER DAY) 

Deluxe: 1-4 nights (1 complimentary session) 

              5-9 nights (3 complimentary sessions) 

              10-14 nights (6 complimentary sessions) 

Additional sessions will be chargeable, AED 160 per child (or AED 80 per hour per child)

• Morning Session: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
• Lunch Service: 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm
• Afternoon Session: 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm
• Dinner Service: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
• Evening Session: 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm

** All children must be potty trained**

Little Explorers Club

Little Explorers Area offers a complimentary play area for children below 4 years old, where they can enjoy both indoor with Soft Play zone and outdoor spaces. Parent or sitter supervision is required, and the club is open from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM every day. 

Important to note on Explorers Club for all departments
 

Please note we close between 12:00pm- 1:00pm and 5:00pm- 6:00pm (this is to ensure we get the Explorers Club sanitized and get ready for our sessions) 

If parents or guardians are late there is a late pick-up fee of 80aed that is charged to the guest, 15minute grace period is given from the start of closing time. 

Kindly note we do not allow outside guests' children to make use of the kid's club; it is strictly for in-house guests only.

Kindly note , if a guest has children and they would like to make use of the Explorers Club at any time for our sessions and it is their first time , upon registration, if the child's passport and details of the children have not been loaded onto Opera and the in-house guests profile , we will always send the guests back up to Front desk or call front desk to add the passport as we will need to verify that the guest's children are in-house on our side and they are a part of the family in order to let them in to the Explorers Club. 

The special activities (during the afternoon session), include our "Meet the Expert" visits or "Little Foodies" experiences. Please note that these activities have limited availability and require at least 24-hour booking.

We offered also a Lunch or Dinner menu for Kids, however, it's chargeable for AED 195.  Please note that Lunch and Dinner is limited availability and requires at least 24 hours' advance booking.

The guest can register children through the Atlantis app or Our receptionist will be happy to assist you with the registration process upon check-in at the Explorers Club. If your children would like to participate in our Meet the Expert & Little Foodies programs, we recommend booking in advance as these sessions tend to fill up quickly. 

Babysitting Services 

Early confirmation of this booking is necessary as bookings operate on a first-come-first-serve basis and are subject to availability, if a guest wishes to proceed with a booking, please provide us with the below details for us and we will get back to you regarding confirmation.

Our charges, terms and conditions operate as follows for the above service:

Terms and conditions / Charges Ratio

• 1 Babysitter: 120 AED/ hour
• 1-2 Children: (4 years old and above) 120 AED/ hour
• Children 3 years old and below = 1 babysitter: 1 child 
• Children 4 years old and over = 1 babysitter:  up to 2 children
• 24 hours in advance are required for a booking inquiry.
• 120AED per hour of the service. 
• Minimum of three hours of service required. 
• 7 months old and above will be applicable for babysitting service. 
• Babysitting service is available from 08:00am to 2:00am
• 12 hours is the maximum time a service can be provided. 24 hours straight service is not provided.
• Bookings are not guaranteed to have babysitters or the same babysitter per service. 
• The service can be done in the room or within the Kids Club 
• Meal is required to be provided for service 4 or more hours; all orders will be done through in-room dining service. 
• 320 AED cancellation fee - if the booking is canceled 4 hours prior to confirmed start and end time or a no-show incur the fee. A 30-minute grace period will be extended post start time, after which the babysitter will be released, and fee charged. 
• Booking amendments or changes to a babysitting booking need to be made 4 hours prior to confirmed start and end time will be charged a onetime 120aed late amendment fee. 
• No direct cash transactions are to be made with the Babysitter, except gratuity.
• Payment is made directly to Atlantis Explorers Club or room post
