The restaurant is flexible and will make every effort to accommodate same-day notifications.

Birthday Fiesta Packages & Cakes

In-house guests with HB or FB package celebrating a special occasion receive a complimentary dessert (not applicable during Brunch). The occasion should be mentioned at the time of booking. They can also opt for the Birthday Fiesta Package to elevate their celebration experience; however, the full package price of AED 200/ AED 329 Premium Package per table or per celebrant applies.
For in-house guests without a package, kindly offer the available birthday packages or a celebratory cake.
Personalized cakes and flower bouquet arrangements are available at an additional charge. Requests must be coordinated directly with the restaurant team.
Guests may bring their own cake from outside, subject to signing a waiver form at the restaurant. It is recommended to inform the team 24 hours in advance to facilitate this arrangement.
Table decoration requests, such as flower petals, cannot be accommodated.
*We do not offer any complimentary dessert during brunch

SEATING

The terrace is fully closed for the summer season starting on the 1st of June.

Reopening dates will be announced at a later time, subject to weather conditions and guest demand. During this period, guest communication regarding the closure is encouraged.

Carousel Bar

A bar shaped like a carousel- perfect for starting the night with the drink.

It is located to the right side after entering the venue. Home of signature cocktails crafted by our skilled bar team exclusively.

Circumedor (Main Dining Area)

A circus-themed section with hanging flamingos, vintage cards, and lots if bright fruits and objects. This area is close to the main stage for entertainment.

Fruteria and Avocaderia

A colorful section featuring fresh guacamole and ceviches prepared live by chefs.

Terrace

An outdoor space with colorful furniture, views of the playground and lively vibe, perfect for day and evening.

The floor plan is intended to help understand the restaurant’s areas and seating layout; however, it should not be shared with guests.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is only permitted at the designated Terrace Smoking Area. Cigarettes and cigars are available; shisha is not offered.
Vaping is not permitted inside the restaurant, except during the Friday Fiesta Night Brunch.

Reservation Policies

Reservations are highly recommended to secure seating and guarantee a pleasant dining experience.
No credit card details are required to confirm reservations, for both in-house and external guests.
Should plans change, guests are encouraged to cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
In-house and external guests who wish to walk in without a reservation will be accommodated based on availability.

Reservation Policies for Brunch (Friday Latino Live & Saturday Fiesta Mexicana)

Reservations are highly recommended to secure seating and guarantee a pleasant dining experience.
Credit card details are required to confirm reservations, only for 15 guests or more.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the reservation. A fee of AED 150 per person will be charged to the card on file for late cancellations or no-shows.
In-house and external guests who wish to walk in without a reservation will be accommodated based on availability.

Dress Code: Smart Casual

Gentlemen are requested to wear the following:
Tailored shorts, long trousers, or smart jeans
T-shirts with sleeves
Closed shoes
UAE National Dress (Kandura and Abaya) is welcomed and considered appropriate for the venue.
The following dress code are not permitted:
Swimwear or beachwear
Sportswear
Sleeveless shirts
Flip-flops
Open-toed shoes (For gentlemen)
Caps and hats
Children must follow the same dress code as adults.

Table Holding Time:

Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time.
Guests arriving later than 15 minutes are requested to call the restaurant in advance.
The reservation may be re-allocated to a later timing based on availability.
If no suitable timing is available, seating will be offered based on available tables upon arrival.

GROUP INFORMATION

Group Size: Group bookings of 15 guests or more require the approval of the management.
Booking Guarantee: Group bookings of 20 guests and more, as well as exclusive hire inquiries should be directed to the restaurant for handling. A pre-payment of 25% would be required.
