SPECIAL OCCASIONS

Guests celebrating special occasions will receive a complimentary dessert and a personalized card. The occasion should be mentioned at the time of booking.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested. Same-day arrangements are subject to availability, but the team will strive to make the celebration special.
Flower option, cake and caviar could be ordered while reserving table through booking platform. The restaurant will provide the flower menu in advance or upon request.
Outside cakes are not permitted on the premises.

Non-Smoking Area: Reserved for families with children.
Smoking Area: Open to guests aged 18 years and above only.
A minimum spend of AED 370 per person on food and beverages applies during dinner only. The amount would exclude e-shisha.
If the guest wants to have shisha only, they could only try to walk-in, as the terrace bed would be subject to availability.
Note: The minimum spend for outdoor seating does not apply to in-house guests.

Private Dining Room (PDR)

Accommodates up to 12 guests.
A minimum spend of AED 6000 applies
Reservations are handled directly by the restaurant.

Bar

Reservations are not needed.
Seating is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
The bar serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

The floor plan is intended to help understand the restaurant’s areas and seating layout; however, it should not be shared with guests.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is permitted in the Terrace Smoking Area. This area is strictly for guests aged 18 and above.
Only e-shisha is served on the premises, from 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm, with a variety of flavors available. Rate: AED 235.
Charcoal shisha is not offered.
Families dining indoors may move to the terrace after the meal if adults wish to smoke shisha, while children remain indoors enjoying dessert.

ENTERTAINMENT

Ariana’s Persian Kitchen features curated piped music, enhancing the elegant and immersive dining atmosphere.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Friday to Sunday (Dinner): Credit card details are required.
Monday to Thursday (Dinner): No credit card details are required.
Lunch (Daily): No credit card details are required.
Groups of 10 guests or more: A 50% prepayment is required regardless of day or meal.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the dinner reservation.
A charge of AED 150 per person will be applied to the provided credit card for late cancellations or no-shows.

Dress Code: Smart Casual

Gentlemen are requested to wear the following:
Tailored shorts, long trousers, or smart jeans
T-shirts with sleeves
Closed shoes or sandals
UAE National Dress (Kandura and Abaya) is welcomed and considered appropriate for the venue.
The following dress code are not permitted:
Swimwear or beachwear
Sportswear
Sleeveless shirts
Flip-flops
Children must follow the same dress code as adults.

Table Holding Policy

Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time.
Guests arriving later than 15 minutes are requested to call the restaurant in advance.
The reservation may be re-allocated to a later timing based on availability.
If no suitable timing is available, seating will be offered based on available tables upon arrival.

GROUP BOOKINGS

Group bookings of 10 guests or more, as well as exclusive hire inquiries, should be directed to the restaurant for handling. A la caret dining is not available and the following set menus will be offered:

Bandari Set Menu – 399 AED per person
Persian Classic Set Menu – 499 AED per person
Ghajar Set Menu – 599 AED per person
