The restaurant is open daily from 12:00 to 22:00.

Lunch: 12:00 - 17:30

Dinner: 17:45 - 22:00

Last Seating: 21:45
Last Food & Drink Order: 21:45

For guests reserving the last seating, the last food and beverage order time should be clearly communicated in advance to manage expectations, particularly in case of late arrival.

Food: À La Carte Menu | For groups of 8 or more, a Set Menu is offered.

American Classics: Burgers, sandwiches, soups, steaks, fresh salads, and cool shakes  

Signature Dishes: Amercian Cheeseburger, Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich, California Hotdog

Half Board:

Dining credit of AED 365 per night, per person for food only | AED 182.50 for Child
If the bill exceeds the dining credit, the additional amount will be chargeable.

Allergies/Dietary Requirements:

Guests are encouraged to inform the restaurant of any allergies or dietary requirements at least 24 hours in advance.
The restaurant is flexible and will make every effort to accommodate same-day notifications, advance notice is preferred for complex allergies.
Requests for kosher meals could not be accommodated.

ELEVATED GUEST EXPERIENCES

Special Occasions:

Guests celebrating special occasions receive a complimentary cheesecake. The occasion (e.g., birthday, anniversary) must be specified at booking.
A minimum of 24 hours’ advance notice is required. Same-day arrangements are not guaranteed but the team will do their best to make the celebration special.
Personalized cakes and flower bouquets are available for an additional charge and require at least 24 hours’ advance notice. Inquiries should be directed to the restaurant.
Requests for table decorations such as petals cannot be accommodated.

Seating preferences are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. However, all requests are noted at the time of reservation.

Reservation Policies:

Reservations are strongly advised to secure seating and guarantee a pleasant dining experience.
No credit card details are required to confirm lunch or dinner reservations, for both in-house and external guests.
In-house guests who wish to walk in without a reservation will be accommodated based on availability.
External guests without reservations may be accommodated based on availability; however, please note that entry to the property might not be guaranteed without a booking confirmation.

Dress Code: Casual

Gentlemen are requested to wear the following:
Minimum of tailored shorts
Shirts with sleeves
All types of closed shoes or sandals
UAE National Dress (Kandura and Abaya) is welcomed and considered appropriate for the venue.
The following dress code are not permitted:
Swimwear or beachwear
Sportswear
Flip-flops
Children must follow the same dress code as adults.

Table Holding Time:

Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time.
Guests arriving later than 15 minutes are requested to call the restaurant in advance.
The reservation may be re-allocated to a later timing based on availability.
If no suitable timing is available, seating will be offered based on available tables upon arrival.

GROUP INFORMATION

Group bookings of 8 guests or more, as well as exclusive hire inquiries, should be directed to the restaurant for handling. The requirement for credit card details and cancellation policies would apply.
