Main Dining & Terrace Seating: Family-friendly. All ages are welcome.
Bar Counter: Strictly for guests aged 21 and above. National dress is not permitted.

The restaurant operates daily for Lunch & Dinner.

For guests reserving the last seating, the last food and beverage order time should be clearly communicated in advance to manage expectations, particularly in case of late arrival.

Guests who wish to enjoy drinks only at the Bar Counter may walk in, subject to seat availability. The dress code policy remains applicable at all times.

SPECIAL OCCASIONS

Guests celebrating special occasions will receive a complimentary dessert. The occasion should be mentioned at the time of booking.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested. Same-day arrangements are subject to availability, but the team will strive to make the celebration special.
Guests may bring their own cake from Plato's or from outside of the property. A waiver form will need to be signed upon arrival. Informing the team 24–48 hours in advance is recommended to ensure smooth arrangements.
Personalized cakes and flower bouquet arrangements are available at an additional charge. Requests must be coordinated directly with the restaurant team.
Table decoration requests, such as flower petals, cannot be accommodated.

Seating preferences are accommodated based on availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance; however, requests for seating preferences are noted on the reservation.

Indoor Main Dining: Parties of up to 10 guests can be accommodated. Tables for larger groups are subject to availability.

Terrace Smoking Area

A designated area on the terrace is available for:

Families & Shisha

Guests with children who wish to smoke shisha will be offered two separate tables:
• One in the smoking section (terrace)
• One in the non-smoking dining area
This allows adults to enjoy shisha while families remain in a smoke-free zone
Please note: This setup should be discussed and arranged during the phone booking process, particularly during the outdoor season (October to June).

Reservation Policies

Reservations are required and are advised for in-house guests, specially over the weekends, in order to secure seating and guarantee a pleasant dining experience.
No credit card details are required to confirm l reservations, for both in-house and external guests.
Should plans change, guests are encouraged to cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
In-house guests who wish to walk in without a reservation will be accommodated based on availability.
External guests without reservations may be accommodated based on availability; however, please note that entry to the property might not be guaranteed without a booking confirmation.

Dress Code: Casual

Gentlemen are requested to wear the following:
Minimum of smart shorts
T-shirts with sleeves
Any footwear
UAE National Dress (Kandura and Abaya) is welcomed and considered appropriate for the venue.
Swimwear is only permitted at the Terrace (Wave-Rider Area)

Table Holding Time:

Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time.
Guests arriving later than 15 minutes are requested to call the restaurant in advance.
The reservation may be re-allocated to a later timing based on availability.
If no suitable timing is available, seating will be offered based on available tables upon arrival.

GROUP INFORMATION

Group bookings of 11 guests or more, as well as exclusive hire inquiries, should be directed to the restaurant for handling.
