AGE POLICY

Guests from the age of 21 years and above are welcome.

OPERATIONAL HOURS

Nobu by the Beach pool club operates daily from 10:00 - 19:00.

Last Reservation Timing: 13:00
Last Food Order: 18:30
Last Drink Order: 18:45

In-house guests without a reservation may walk-in from 13:00 onwards.

Allergies/Dietary Requirements:

Guests are encouraged to inform the restaurant of any allergies or dietary requirements at least 24 hours in advance. Vegetarian and vegan preferences are easily accommodated.
The restaurant is flexible and will make every effort to accommodate same-day notifications, advance notice is preferred for complex allergies.
Requests for Kosher meals could not be accommodated.

The same menu is offered at both the restaurant and the pool, except for miso soup, which is not served at the pool area. To view the menus, please click here.

For menu requests related to future reservations or without a confirmed date, the email should clearly indicate that it is a sample menu, with prices and items subject to change without prior notice.

ELEVATED GUEST EXPERIENCES

Special Occasions

Guests celebrating special occasions will receive a complimentary dessert plate with short and simple personalized message (maximum of three words). The occasion should be mentioned at the time of booking.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested. Same-day arrangements are subject to availability, but the team will strive to make the celebration special.
Guests may bring their own cake for a cake cutting charge of AED 40 per person. A waiver form will need to be signed upon arrival. Informing the team 24–48 hours in advance is recommended to ensure smooth arrangements.
Personalized cakes and flower bouquet arrangements are available at an additional charge. Requests must be coordinated directly with the restaurant team.

EXPERIENCES

All are located by the poolside. There are no sun loungers, daybeds, or cabanas by the beach. For day visitors, limited lockers are available on complimentary basis.

The floor plan is intended to help understand the restaurant’s areas and seating layout; however, it should not be shared with guests.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is permitted throughout the area as it is fully outdoors, except inside the pool.

ENTERTAINMENT

Daily Afro-House beats by the resident DJ. Please note that the DJ booth is located at the restaurant, not by the pool.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Reservations are highly recommended to secure seating and guarantee a pleasant experience.
Credit card details are required to confirm reservations for external guests and in-house guests who wish to reserve daybeds or cabanas.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation.
Sun Loungers: A fee of AED 150 per person will be charged to the card on file for late cancellations or no-shows.
Daybeds & Cabanas: 50% of the original amount will be charged on the card provided in case of late cancellation or no-show.
In-house guests who wish to walk in without a reservation will be accommodated based on availability.
External guests without reservations may be accommodated based on availability; however, please note that entry to the property might not be guaranteed without a booking confirmation.

Dress Code: Beach Chic

As the pool area follows a relaxed resort-style dress code, we recommend swimwear or casual attire. UAE National Dress (Kandura and Abaya) is best reserved for other dining venues and non-poolside settings.

Holding Time

Last reservation for Double Daybeds, and Cabanas are at 1PM.
Sun Loungers, Double Daybeds, and Cabanas are held for 30 minutes past the reservation time.
Guests arriving later than 30 minutes are requested to call the venue in advance.
In the event a guest needs to leave the venue during their stay, the team should be informed. Sun loungers can only be held for up to 25 minutes; beyond this time, they will be reassigned.
