AGE POLICY

The venue is family-friendly and welcomes guests of all ages to dine. However, once shisha service begins, a separate area will be designated exclusively for guests aged 18 and over.

The venue is open daily from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

For guests reserving the last seating, the last food and beverage order time should be clearly communicated in advance to manage expectations, particularly in case of late arrival.

A minimum spend of AED 200/Adult (12 years and above) on food and beverages is required. This excludes shisha and tobacco.

Guests are encouraged to inform the restaurant of any allergies or dietary requirements at least 24 hours in advance.
The restaurant is flexible and will make every effort to accommodate same-day notifications; however, advance notice is preferred for complex allergies.

Guests dining at Elements Lounge may not order from The Royal Tea Room’s à la carte menu but may purchase desserts from The Royal Tea Room. Similarly, guests dining at The Royal Tea Room may not order from Elements Lounge’s à la carte menu.

ELEVATED GUEST EXPERIENCES

Special Occasions:

Guests celebrating special occasions receive a complimentary dessert (chef's choice).
24-hour advance notice is required, and the occasion must be mentioned at the time of booking.
While same-day arrangements are not guaranteed, the team will do their best to make the experience special.
Personalized cakes and flower bouquets are available at an additional cost. Please contact the restaurant directly for arrangements.
Table decorations (e.g. petals) cannot be accommodated.

SEATING

Seating preferences are accommodated based on availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance; however, requests for seating preferences are noted on the reservation.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is allowed at the designated Terrace Area for guests 18 years and above. Tobacco and e-shisha are also available at the premises.

ENTERTAINMENT

Sky Blaze Fountain

A breathtaking show where fire and water move in harmony, set to music and lights. Visible from the Elements Lounge, where guests can relax to ambient background music while enjoying the fountain performances.

Every hour from 12:00 to 19:00
Every 30 minutes from 19:00 to 00:00

Fire Dancer Performances

The performances will be held 5 nights per week, from Wednesday to Sunday. Starting from Wednesday, 1st October 2025.

Schedule of Performances:

19:00 – Fire Lighting Ceremony
19:30 – First Act (6 Fire Dancers)
20:30 – Second Act (6 Fire Dancers)
21:30 – Third Act (6 Fire Dancers)
22:35 – Final Act (6 Fire Dancers)

Each act will take place during the scheduled fountain show and will last for the duration of the show, serving as a stunning visual complement.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Reservations are strongly advised to secure seating and guarantee a pleasant dining experience.
Credit card details are required to confirm dinner reservations for external guests. They are not required for in-house guests.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance prior to the lunch or dinner reservation.
A charge of AED 150 per person will apply to the card on file in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
In-house guests who wish to walk in without a reservation will be accommodated based on availability.
External guests without reservations may be accommodated based on availability; however, please note that entry to the property might not be guaranteed without a booking confirmation.

Dress Code: Casual

Gentlemen are requested to wear the following:
Minimum of tailored shorts
Shirts with sleeves
All types of closed shoes or sandals
UAE National Dress (Kandura and Abaya) is welcomed and considered appropriate for the venue.
The following dress code are not permitted:
Swimwear or beachwear
Flip-flops
Children must follow the same dress code as adults.

Table Holding Time

Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time.
Guests arriving later than 15 minutes are requested to call the restaurant in advance.
The reservation may be re-allocated to a later timing based on availability.
If no suitable timing is available, seating will be offered based on available tables upon arrival.

GROUP INFORMATION

Group bookings of 9 guests or more, as well as exclusive hire inquiries, should be directed to the restaurant for handling.
