ABOUT / INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE LITTLE ATLANTIS SKIPPERS MAP: | - Please refer to the final map attached with this SOP
- Maps to be distributed at both ATP and ATR at the following locations:
- Front Office at guest check-in
- Concierge Desk
- Resort Booking Points
- It is the responsibility of the colleague to offer the map to families and inform them of how to play and redeem the coins to drive awareness of the iniative
- Please see below the script for colleauges to express to guests:
“Let me introduce you to the Little Atlantis Explorers map. There are so many activities that the whole family can enjoy across Atlantis, The Palm, Atlantis The Royal and Aquaventure World throughout your stay. This map will send you on a fun, family quest to complete activities and find treasure. If you are able to find 5 Gold Coins, then there’s more fun in store. You can redeem these coins for 100dhs Wavehouse Arcade Credit. If you need any help to find or book the activities, then our crew at Concierge would be more than happy to help.” - · It is the responsibility of FO, Concierge and Resort Booking Point colleagues to notify their respective FO teams at ATP and ATR that they require more maps to be printed.

GUEST PROCESS STEP 1: GOLD COIN REDEMPTION PROCESS | - Once an activity (at Rewarded Experiences only) is completed, the guest will receive x1 Gold Coin.
- If the guest collects x5 Gold Coins, then they applicable to receive an AED 100 Wavehouse Arcade Credit.
- Guest to visit ATP Kids Club (NOT WAVEHOUSE) to exchange their coins into an OFFICIAL SERIAL CODED VOUCHER:

- Guest to visit the ATP Kids Club check-In desk and hand in their 5x Gold Coins.
- ATP Kids Club colleague to collect Gold Coins from the guest.
- ATP Kids Club to issue a stamped voucher provided from Income Audit to the guest
- Voucher to be filled in by the ATP Kids Club team on behalf of the guest
- Guest to take the filled in Voucher to be presented at the Wavehouse Arcade desk to receive their AED 100 Wavehouse Arcade Credit.

GUEST PROCESS STEP 2: THE VOUCHER REDEMPTION PROCESS | - The guest to take the AED 100 Wavehouse Arcade Voucher and redeem it physically at Wavehouse.
- Guest to receive AED 100 Wavehouse Arcade card with loaded credit to use on arcade games

INTERNAL EVERYONE (ATP FO, ATR FO, ATP KIDS CLUB, ALL PARTICIPATING OUTLETS: THE GOLD COIN RECYCLE PROCESS | - ATP Kids Club is the official and only point for guests to exchange their Gold Coins into an official printed voucher, therefore all the redeemed coins will be collected by this team
- ATP Kids Club team to send all redeemed gold coins to ATP Front Office Team for re-distribution back to all Participating Outlets.
- ATP Participating Outlets to visit ATP FO to get more coins when stock is running out
- ATR Front Office to come to ATP Front Office to collect the coins oon behalf of ALL ATR Participating Outlets
- ATR Participating Outlets to visit ATR FO to get more coins when stock is running out
- It is the responsibility of the individual outlet to notify their respective Front Office if they are running low on Gold Coins. There should be no instance where a guest cannot be rewarded if map is presented.

INTERNAL, FOR ATP KIDS CLUB, INCOME AUDIT TEAM & ATP FO ONLY: THE OFFICIAL VOUCHER PROCESS | - ATP Income Audit team is responsible for holding onto, and distributing the Official printed voucher to ATP Kids Club
- When vouchers are depleted at ATP Kids Club, Kids Club to notify ATP Income Audit team (Indika Wickramasinghe cc. Muhammad Abid) that they will require more vouchers.
- Vouchers to be issued to ATP Kids Club by ATP Income Audit team in bunches of 100 vouchers only.
- Vouchers to be stamped by the ATP Income Audit team BEFORE issuance to the ATP Kids Club Team
- When full stock of vouchers are depleted, Income Audit team to notify ATP Front Office to request to print more. Income Audit team to advise print quantity, and therefore advise the range of serial codes to be printed on the back of the voucher. i.e. If requesting 2,500 more, serial code request to be 02501 – 05000.

INTERNAL, FOR WAVEHOUSE ONLY: THE OFFICIAL VOUCHER PROCESS | - · Wavehouse will be the only place where guests can redeem the printed Voucher into AED 100 Wavehouse credit, therefore all redeemed vouchers to be collected by the Wavehouse team
- · When the guest Symphony is loaded with a coin redemption button and will attach the voucher with the symphony docked to be handed to Income Audit as part of standard outlet closure process.

MAP, PRINTED VOUCHER PRINTING AND PRODUCTION | MAP PRINTING: - · Printing of the map is the responsibility of ATP and ATR Front Office team
- · Print Pac is the recommended supplier and has the artwork on hand.
VOUCHER PRINTING: - · Printing of the voucher is the responsibility of the ATP Front Office team
- Income Audit to notify ATP Front office to discuss voucher print quantity, as the individual serial number on the back needs to be unique. i.e. If printing 2,500 more, serial code request to be 02501 – 05000.
- Vouchers to be delivered to ATP Income Audit
