DOLPHIN KAYAK

Kayak alongside our friendly dolphins at the Dolphin Bay lagoon, surrounded by lush and tropical landscaping. Make friends with these naturally curious marine mammals - you might even get a chance to meet them right up at the edge of your kayak!

For an even more immersive experience, clear kayaks are offered on-site by providing a unique view through the kayak, deepening the sense of closeness to the marine mammals and their environment. Clear kayaks are subject to availability. Simply ask our team on arrival and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

YOUR EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

• Wetsuits and neoprene vests are provided and optional for your experience 
• Towels and lockers for your use during the experience 
• Lifejackets are provided and necessary for your experience 
• Changing rooms and showers for use during the experience 
• 10 minutes check-in/changing/safety orientation with a Marine Mammal Specialist 
• 20 minutes in the water

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Participants of the Dolphin Kayak must arrive at Atlas Village at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time If a participant arrives 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no show” 
• Please know that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the experience itself 
• The maximum number per time slot is 6 guests for standard kayaks and 4 guests for clear kayaks
• Clear kayaks are available on-site only and subject to availability 
• This experience is for ages 8 and above and all swimming abilities. 
• All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult of 18 years old and above Photos are not included in the Dolphin Kayak however they can be purchased at the Photo Counter

CANCELLATION, REFUND & RESCHEDULING:

• Full refund if the reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled event 
• 50% cancellation fee will be applied from 72 hours up to 24 hours before the experience time 
• 100% cancellation fee will be applied if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled event 
• Rescheduling must be made a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled time 
• A charge of AED 90 per person rescheduling fee will be applied if the request is within 24 hours of the booked experience Rescheduling request is subject to availability 
• No shows are charged at the full price of the booked experience
