Outside Food Deliveries for ATP and ATR Guests


Guests at Atlantis Dubai are most welcome to order food from outside using apps like Noon, Talabat, etc or via call by providing their personal contact number, or by providing their full name and room number, so that we can connect the call when courier calls the hotel.


  • Please make sure to explain to the guest, that due to the food safety protocols at the hotel, we will not be able to deliver the food parcel to the guest's room. Guest needs to come downstairs to the port cochere (by the valet desk) to collect their food.
  • If the guest is not happy with this option, please offer to order food from our IRD alternatively, so they can deliver and set up the dining table in the room as an alternative. 
  • Under no circumstances, the vendors or the delivery person can be given access to the lobby or guest's floor by Front Services Team.
  • Please note, we are not accepting any alcohol deliveries from outside at hotel premises. Offer alternatively hotel outlets, IRD or Concierge for any special arrangements.
