THE ATLANTIS CIRCLE APP (TAC)

The Atlantis Circle offers exclusive promotions, special event invitations, culinary experiences, and tier-based dining privileges and discounts. Membership is currently restricted to UAE residents only.

To unlock exclusive dining benefits at Atlantis Dubai, guests can simply search for "The Atlantis Circle" in their preferred app store and download the complimentary mobile app. By registering as a Blue Tier member, guests can start enjoying 15% off at all Atlantis Dubai restaurants. It's a quick and easy way for guests to enhance their dining experience with valuable savings across a variety of world-class venues.

KERZNER/ATLANTIS COLLEAGUE DISCOUNT

When staying at the hotel, Kerzner and Atlantis colleagues are entitled to a 50% discount on food, alcoholic beverages, and soft drinks at Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis The Royal restaurants, bars, and lounges for up to 7 guests plus colleague per visit.
When visiting the hotel without an overnight stay, colleagues are eligible for a 50% discount on food & beverage (including alcohol) for up to 4 guests plus the colleague per visit.

General Guidelines:

The discount is valid for a maximum of 8/5 people per visit including the colleague.
Immediate settlement is required at the time of dining.
Colleague ID card must be presented when settling the bill; otherwise, the discount will not be applied.
The discount cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or events, unless specifically stated.
Blackout dates may apply – please check iKonnect for updates.
Guests and operational needs will always take priority.
Disorderly conduct or intoxication within any resort venue will lead to disciplinary action.
In accordance with the Code of Business Conduct and resort policies, some colleagues may require prior approval to visit the resort where they are employed outside of working hours.
Non-compliance with these guidelines may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
All benefits are subject to availability and may be updated without prior notice.

FAZAA

Validity

This offer is valid only at Atlantis, The Palm restaurants.

Requirements

The cardholder must be present and show a valid physical or digital FAZAA Card to redeem the discount.

Discount Details

Guests receive a 20% discount on their dining bill.
The offer is valid for up to 8 guests per visit.

Restrictions

This discount cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
Blackout dates may apply; please reconfirm during holidays.

INVESTMENT CORPORATION DUBAI (ICD) DISCOUNT

Eligibility

Applicable for ICD colleagues staying at the resorts or visiting as external guests.
Valid for up to 8 guests including the ICD colleague.

Inclusions

50% discount applies at Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal.
Valid on food, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Applies to all restaurants and menus, including:
- Breakfast
- Brunch
- Business lunch
- Dinner
- À la carte
- Afternoon tea
Also applies on Room Service for rooms booked at the ICD Colleague Rate (USD 100++ / 400++).

Exclusions

Not valid for:
- Special events (e.g., New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner)
- Celebrity Chef Tasting Menus
- Promotional offers such as Happy Hours or 4-hand dinners
Tobacco and shisha products are excluded from the discount.

Reservations & Conditions

Reservations are mandatory via phone with the designated team to confirm the discount.
Benefits are subject to availability.
There are no blackout dates for food and beverage discounts.
No additional discounts or reductions apply for ICD colleagues.

ITHRA DISCOUNT FOR ICD OWNED HOTELS

Discount Details

35% discount applies to food and beverages at Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal.
Discount includes alcoholic beverages but excludes tobacco products and shisha.
Discount is not valid at FZN by Björn Frantzén (Atlantis The Palm).
Not applicable to promotional or special menu items, including:
- Happy Hour
- Ladies’ Night
- Brunch Menus
- Discovery Menus
- Family Special Offers
- New Year’s Gala Dinner
- Any items outside the standard à la carte offerings

Eligibility

Full-time employees of ITHRA which oversees ICD's hospitality and real estate assets. For ICD-owned hotels in the UAE only:
Atlantis The Royal - ATR
Atlantis The Palm - ATP
One&Only One Zaabeel - OOOZ
SIRO One Zaabeel - SROZ
ITHRA associates must be present and dining with their guests to avail the discount.
Valid for a maximum of 8 guests, including the ITHRA colleague.
Guests must present their Employee Hospitality Benefit Card at the venue; failure to do so may result in non-eligibility for the discount.
The discount is applicable to ITHRA colleagues who are staying in-house or dining as external guests. (Confirmed with Monel of Kerzner)
