Guest Passport Copy Request

Verifying process:


A copy of the guest passport can only be provided to the guest, when guest (himself/herself) requested a copy of the ID or passport via call.

 

Call Center Agent, must verify and cross check the guest personal details in Opera, saved in guest's profile:


Room number

Full name

Stay dates

Birthdate

Telephone number

Email Address


 Additionally: accompanying guest name & birthdate must be verified if the accompanying guest's passport copy is requested. 


Verify if the caller wants his/her own passport or the accompanying guest’s passport. 


Once the details are verified, request for passport copy via email through CID team copying RAMs. 


Once the passport copy is received from CID team, you may send it to the guest's email address. 

The passport copy can be sent to registered guest's email address in Opera.
