Important FAQs for Call Center:

1. If the call center proceeds with advance bookings, how should we handle the payment as we need to guarantee the booking?

Should we charge the full price, or charge the discounted price?

• The Call Center may proceed with the booking if the guest prefers to secure the slot in advance. Please ensure the payment link is sent based on the applicable discounted rates.
• The call center agent must reconfirm the validity of the offer, ensuring there are no blackout dates.
• Kindly inform guests that they must present the SMILES App at the Admissions Plaza for redemption. Failure to do so will result in gate rates being applied without any discount. This information can also be included in the confirmation letter.

2. Will guests receive two separate vouchers, one for the Dolphin Swim and one for the Shark Safari, or will they be issued a single voucher that allows them to choose only one of the two experiences?

• It works similarly to the Entertainer offers; colleagues must create two separate orders to apply the discount code to each activity if the guest wishes to book two activities on the same day.
   

3. Will the offer be extended to accompanying guests?

•  Yes, discount is applicable for 2 guests including the Smiles member. 

4. Should we apply the discount code (549 “SMILEETI") at the time of booking, or follow the same process as with Entertainer, meaning, we add the regular PLU for the activities, charge the discounted price which will show balance on the galaxy, and have the discount code applied by the ticketing team at the counter upon the guest’s arrival? 

• Proceed with the booking and charge the guest the discounted rates, balance to be shown on the galaxy.
