VIP DOLPHIN EXPERIENCE

The VIP Dolphin Bay Program is a new offering available to internal guests of Atlantis The Royal and Atlantis, The Palm, as well as external guests not staying on our properties.

The program is an enhanced VIP experience add-on to the existing Dolphin Bay offering.

This includes:
Private check-in, changing rooms, and briefing areas at Orientation Room 3.

Guests may choose between a Dolphin Encounter or Dolphin Swim or opt to do both experiences.

Choice of either Dolphin Paddle or Dolphin Kayak in addition to the primary experience.

Private pod at the Dolphin Bay Private VIP photo viewing area.

A personal, dedicated trainer and guide who will remain with the guests from check-in until departure.

Available for both external and in-house guests. 

Days: Daily (22 July - Ongoing)
Timings: 16:30 (We recommend guests arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled time.)

• This experience is available to guests staying at Atlantis The Royal (ATR), Atlantis, The Palm
   (ATP), and external guests (day visitors)
•  Guests may choose between a Dolphin Encounter or Dolphin Swim or opt to do both experiences.
  In addition, guests may select either a Dolphin Paddle or Dolphin Kayak experience.
  
• Bookings can be made through Call Centre and in resort channels only, including the Concierge, Admissions, Resort Booking Points, VIP Services, Guest Services and at Dolphin Bay.
• This experience is not bookable via the online booking engine. Interested guests will be directed to email the Dolphin Bay team, who will respond with availability and pricing based on the season.
• Complimentary perks include towels and a selection of beverages.
• Pricing is seasonal and must be paid in full at the time of booking
• Discounts or promotional offers are not applicable to this experience.
• Age restrictions are in accordance with existing Dolphin Bay policies.
• Prices, policies, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• The cancellation policy and experience rules are consistent with current Dolphin Bay terms.
• Guests are required to review all age, pregnancy, and swimming ability requirements prior to booking.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to take part in the experience.
