The Private VIP Tour Experience is a premium, personalized experience designed to provide guests with exclusive access, priority service, and a stress-free visit to Aquaventure World. This experience caters to guests seeking a fully guided and customized day.
Inclusions & Benefits:
Guests who book the Private VIP Tour Experience will receive:
- Two dedicated tour guides from the team assist them throughout the day.
- Personalized itinerary planning, based on guest preferences outlined in the VIP booking form.
- Priority access to all water slides via the AquaXpress lane, guided to the front of the line.
- Complimentary access to the Behind the Scenes Tour at Sealion Point.
- Premium seating, complimentary towels for the day, one group photo, and priority seating for the Dolphin Presentation.
- Food pickup service throughout the day.
- Meal deal at Barracudas.
- Unlimited digital photos for the day (Photo Pass).
- Assistance with reservations and experiences, including dolphin & sea lion encounters, water sports, with same exclusive discounts offered to in-house guests.
- Discounted rates (half day rates) for cabanas (half day rates) and AquaXpress in case the participants wish to enjoy the skip-the line benefit after the VIP experience (AED 150 per person).
- The start time is flexible based on guest preferences but cannot be earlier than the waterpark's opening hour. Bookings must be for a minimum of 4 hours and a maximum of 8 hours.
Booking Process & Guest Journey
- Initial Inquiry:
- Upon visiting the Aquaventure World website, guests shall email the team at vip.aquaventure@atlantisdubai.com.
- Guests interested in booking the Private VIP Tour Experience must contact the Admissions Team.
- The Admissions Team will send the VIP Booking Form to the guest for completion.
- Confirmation & Itinerary Planning:
Once the completed VIP Booking Form is received, the team will customize the guest’s itinerary based on their preferences.
The booking will be finalized, and internal teams will be notified to prepare for the guests’ arrival.
The payment must be completed by the guest at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
A booking confirmation will be issued by our team and shared with the guests.
- Guest Arrival & Experience Execution:
- On the day of the visit, the VIP tour guides will meet the guests at the Avenues and escort them to their private buggy.
- The guests will enjoy all the inclusions mentioned above, with VIP treatment throughout the day.
- Group Size & Additional Support:
- Each Private VIP Tour accommodates up to 10 guests.
- For groups larger than 10, an additional colleague will be assigned to assist at an additional cost.

Black-Out Dates
| Blackout dates do not apply, however, during the initial rollout, the number of tours per day may be limited to maintain the quality of the experience. This is due to the current pool of trained tour guides and the need to ensure the experience remains exclusive and engaging.
