• NOTE: Agents must not scan any personal ID of guests as part of the Privacy Policy standard
• Aquaventure Ticketing Agent will search for the code in the ATP-EK Euro Campaign Application. If the code has UNUSED status then the agent Validates the code and issues the wristband admissions to the guest. If the code has USED status then the agent checks the date & time of usage then advise Atlantis Sales MWP Team for next step.
