How much is the breakfast charge?



Published price for buffet breakfast is AED 170 per adult per meal, 50% discount for children below 14 years old, complimentary for children below 4 years old.


Do you offer Marhaba service? If yes, what's the cost?

Do we provide extra beds? If yes, what's the cost?



Yes, we do provide extra beds. The supplemental charge of third person in PMS is included the charge of extra bed. In case of 2 adults and 3 children (youngest below 3yrs), extra bed is chargeable at AED385 per night.



Do you have private swimming pool in the rooms of your hotel?



We do not have any private swimming pool in any rooms or suites. There are two spacious swimming pools in our resort for all in-house guests, which are Family Pool and Palm Pool as well as 1.4 kilometers of private beach.


Do you have a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel?



We do not offer shuttle bus from the airport to our hotel however we do offer private airport pick up & drop off, which are complimentary for guests staying in Club Suites or Signature Suites (please view the 'Transportation' sheet for the charge).


Do you provide shuttle service from the hotel to any shopping mall?


We don't provide shuttle service from the hotel to any shopping mall as of now.


I want to propose to my girlfriend or boyfriend. What can you do for me to create the most romantic moment?



Atlantis creates a perfect back-drop to make one of the most important moments of your life truly special. We have designed packages which simply cannot be offered anywhere else. my favorite is the package 'Dolphin Proposal'. Imagine while you and your loved one are playing with our charismatic dolphins at Dolphin Bay, one of the Dolphins will appear with a ring to surprise her...we guarantee that the moment she says 'yes', it will be truly unforgettable!


How can I find the driver once I land at the airport?


 
We have two airport counters which are located at Terminal 1 & 3. Once the guests arrive at the airport, please refer them to our airport counter at their landing terminal. For arrivals at DXB Airport Terminal 2 or any other airport, please identify yourself to the Hotel Chauffeur who will be paging your name in the arrival hall.


Can you provide Microwave in the room?



We do provide Microwave in the room subject to availability.



What kind of amenity do you add for VIP guest?



According to VIP code placed in guest's profile, amenities will be added in the guest's room. 


What’s the charge for applying the visa?


We are not offering the Visa service till further notice.


What's your Cancellation Policy?

Can physically challenged rooms be guaranteed, or are they subject to availability?



All room types are subject to availability, however prior to confirming (Never say no to a guest, check prior with FO to find alternative if PHC not available) We will always prioritize requests for PHC rooms.

Can I use the Metro from Airport and reach ATP?



Yes, now Dubai Tram is open which provides the link between the Dubai Metro and the Monorail on the Palm. Please instruct the guest as the below:

They can take Dubai Metro and go to Dubai Marina station (METRO), then from Dubai Marina Station 5 (TRAM) to Palm Jumeirah Station 9 (TRAM), and exchange to Monorail which directly heading to Atlantis the palm.

Or,
They can take Dubai Metro and go to Jumeirah Lake Towers station (METRO), then from Jumeirah Lake Towers Station 3 (TRAM) to Palm Jumeirah Station 9 (TRAM), and exchange to Monorail which directly heading to Atlantis the palm.


What's the size of your beds?


 
The king size bed is 76 X 80 inches (193.04 cm X 203.2 cm). Queen size bed is 60 X 80 inches (152.04 cm X 203.2 cm). 
Baby crib is 136cm (length), 74cm (width) & 120 cm (height). 
Rollaway Bed is 190cm (length), 89 cm (width) & 53 cm (height).

Do you provide wheelchair?



Yes, we do provide the wheelchair on complimentary basis. Please note that a security deposit of AED1000 is required. Once the wheelchair is returned, the deposit will be refunded back accordingly.


Do you provide baby bottle sterilizer and baby stroller?



Yes, we do provide baby bottle sterilizer and baby stroller on complimentary basis subject to availability.

Can we complete the payment via IVR system over the phone?



Only 1 AED preauthorization to be completed via IVR system and full room payment if required, to be settled via e-payment link or bank transfer.


Can I have breakfast included when I book the Ocean/Palm rooms? 


Breakfast can be eligible if rate paid is inclusive of breakfast.


Can I have breakfast at Gastronomy (ATR)?



Breakfast at Gastronomy is only for guests booked in ATR  

Can we have access to Cloud 22? 
Yes, all guests (Internal and external) can pay a flat fee to experience Cloud 22.

What is the third adult supplement charge?



The third adult supplement charges are as follows: 

Standard rooms including family rooms - AED 343 Room Only Basis. 

Imperial Rooms including family Imperial Club Rooms and Suites - AED 797 Bed and Breakfast. 


Are service animals allowed in Atlantis The Palm?



Yes, service animals are permitted at Atlantis, The- Palm. For further details, please refer to the attached SOP


What is NOR1?



At Atlantis-The Palm, we use a system that allows us to offer personalized upgrades at a discounted rate. Depending on your booking details and availability upon arrival, we may be able to provide you with a room upgrade. These offers are tailored to enhance your experience, ensuring your stay is as enjoyable and memorable as possible.

What is Plusgrade?



At Atlantis-The Palm, we offer a unique opportunity through our Plusgrade system, which allows you to bid for an upgrade to a higher-tier room or one with a better view, based on availability. Once you make your booking, you can submit a bid for the upgrade at a price you’re comfortable with. If your bid is accepted, we’ll confirm it for you upon arrival. This way, you have the chance to personalize your stay and enjoy an enhanced experience during your visit.

What's the deposit at ATP?
- Minimum deposit at ATP is AED 500 per night, per bedroom.
