SOP - Confirming Guest Registration for Atlantis Membership Programme

WHAT / STEPS	HOW / DETAILS
Objective	To outline the procedure for confirming whether a guest has successfully registered for the Atlantis Membership Programme online.
Procedure Details	Go to https://ikonnect.kerzner.com/ Select the "SAGA" icon. Click on "Log in with Kerzner Azure SSO". Click on the part highlighted in yellow above to login. (Red arrow and circle shown above) Select Account as shown below.(Red arrow & Circle shown below) Enter the Guest's Name in the search field. (Red arrow & circle shown below) Go to Form Submission and find information indicating a Form Name: Atlantis Member Rate. This confirms the guest's successful registration. As shown circled in red below
