KIDS DROP OFF & DINE

Guests receive a Complimentary Session at Atlantis Explorers Club when they dine at the following restaurants: 

Atlantis, The Palm:

• Nobu (Dinner)
• Studio Frantzén (Lunch & Dinner)
• Ossiano
• Hakkasan

Atlantis The Royal: 

• Due to the Explorers Club closure until Q4 2025, we are unable to offer a Kids Drop-Off service for guests dining at ATR F&B outlets or visiting Awaken Spa until further notice.

GUEST POLICY

• The offer is extended to both in-house and external guests.
• For children aged 6 to 12 years only. Proof of age is required (Emirates ID or Passport).
• Each one full-paying adult in a restaurant, allows one child to access the Kids’ Club.

• Black-Out Dates: Easter, Halloween, Festive Season, Eid. Other black-out dates may apply.
• Session Timings at Atlantis Explorers Club:
  • 10:00 - 13:00
  • 14:00 - 18:00
  • 19:00 - 23:00

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• 36 hours advanced booking is required. Limited space available at Atlantis Explorers Club.
• Kids can be dropped off only during the time the parents are dining.
• Registration before drop-off is mandatory for all children.
• No nannies or parents allowed within Atlantis Explorers Club.
• No meals nor snacks are served during activity sessions. Water is available via 3 water fountains.
• Parents must remain within Atlantis The Royal or Atlantis, The Palm and must be contactable at any time.
• Children must treat peers and staff with respect; disruptive behavior may result in a timeout or removal from activities.
• Any children showing symptoms of illness will not be permitted to enter the facility.
• If children fall asleep, parents will be contacted for collection.
• All relevant medical information must be shared during registration to ensure the safety of a child.
• Atlantis Explorers Kids Club is a drop off childcare facility working on strict ratios of 1:8 and not offering 1 to 1 or specialized care.
• Standard T&Cs of restaurants apply.

BOOKING PROCESS

• Guest Books via SevenRooms, on the website or through Call Centre.
• Bookings on SevenRooms visible up to 36 hours to the reservation time with a capacity of 6 kids per day, per outlet/
• When making an online booking the guest will be informed that a member of Kids Club will be in touch shortly to confirm the drop off service.
• Atlantis Explorers Club Admin will receive automated emails from SevenRooms to keep track of all reservations that opted-in for drop off service. The admin to reach out to the guest and share the registration form.
• Atlantis Explorers Club Admin to upload completed registration form to shared file with reception. If form was completed at Atlantis Explorers Club, it’s to be scanned and uploaded.
• WhatsApp sent to guests between 10:30pm and 10:45pm as a reminder for collection.
