Age Policy:
The Spa is for 16 years old and above. We welcome guests aged 12 to 15 years old between 9am to 2pm daily if accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18+.
Children under 12 are not permitted into the SPA
Rescheduling & Cancellation:
4 hours advanced notice is required to reschedule or cancel the reservation at SPA. No-show or last -minute cancellations within 4 hours of appointment time will incur a 50% charge.
Dress Code:
Bathrobes, spa slippers and disposable briefs are provided. Swimsuits or shorts are recommended while enjoying the wet facilities.
Valuables:
We provide secure lockers for your belongings, however, we do not assume liability for any loss of or damage to personal items during your visit.
