Cancellations & No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Payments are non-refundable in case of late cancellation or no-show.
Sun lounger location will be subject to availability and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis along with a pool towel.
Upon arrival, Concierge, Front office, or Security team will verify the confirmation email of the booking and direct the guest to the Edge restaurant where they will be assisted with a wristband and shown the available sunbeds.
Walk-in guests are accommodated based on availability.
Also, external guests can access the pools and beach upon renting a CABANA.
This offer and prices are subject to change depending on the hotel occupancy & during public holidays in UAE.

The hotel's exclusive IC private beach offers pristine white sand, tranquil turquoise waters, and secluded cabanas for ultimate privacy and relaxation.
Guests from IC and Suite rooms can also avail their Happy Hours at this beach.
