Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Reservation is required. Walk-in guests are welcome after 1pm depending on availability.
Credit card details are not required to secure the booking.
Sunbeds are bookable up to 4 guests. Paty size of 5 and above please recommend booking a cabana.
Group packages are not applicable for pool & beach booking. F&B will be on a la carte basis only.

DRESS CODE

Swimwear and Beach Attire
Swimsuits are required to be worn while using the swimming pools.
Burkinis are allowed.
Guests from the beach are required to wear shirt or blouse when dining at the restaurant.
UAE national dress (Kandooras and Abayas) is not allowed.

TABLE HOLDING TIME

Sun Loungers, Daybeds, and Cabanas are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time.
Guests arriving later than 15 minutes are requested to call the venue in advance.
