Reservation & Cancellation Policies

• Reservation is required.
• Credit card details are not required to secure the booking.
• For cabanas, every additional guest will be charged AED 350 per person, fully redeemable on food and beverage. (Up to 15 pax for Maison & Panoramic Pool Cabana and up to 20 pax for Pool Island Cabana.

DRESS CODE

• Swimwear and Beach Attire
• Swimsuits are required to be worn while using the swimming pools.
• Burkinis are allowed.
• Guests from the beach are required to wear shirt or blouse when dining at the restaurant.
• UAE national dress (Kandooras and Abayas) is not allowed.

        TABLE HOLDING TIME   

• Sun Loungers, Daybeds, and Cabanas are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time.
• Guests arriving later than 15 minutes are requested to call the venue in advance.
