ELEVATED GUEST EXPERIENCES

Special Occasions:

Guests celebrating special occasions can order a dessert on a chargeable basis. A generic greeting can also be added upon request. Complimentary cakes or desserts are not provided.
Personalized cakes and flower bouquet arrangements are available for an additional charge. Inquiries and requests should be directed to the restaurant.

MOONLIGHT SESSIONS [See Details]

This is a special evening experience available only from Thursday to Saturday, between 19:00 - 23:00. Unlike the usual daytime operations at Cloud 22, Moonlight Sessions offers guests the chance to enjoy the venue at night, featuring access to the sky-pool, bar lounge service, and live entertainment.

SEATING

Please note that access to the pool areas is strictly tied to a confirmed reservation for one of the designated seating types (e.g., Sunloungers, Daybeds, Floating Beds, Cabanas, or Villas). Guests cannot access the pool area without a valid booking for one of these options.

Bar Lounge Access is available without pool access and does not include use of any pool facilities.

Requests for specific seating, such as those with a view or directly in front of the pool, are noted on the reservation and will be accommodated based on availability at the time of arrival. Seating preferences cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Reservations are highly recommended to secure access and guarantee a pleasant experience.

Bar Lounge

In-house guests are welcome to walk-in without reservations at any time.
Reservations for external guests are only available on the website and through Call Centre. Guests are also welcome to walk-in and would be accommodated based on availability.
Credit card details are required to confirm reservations for external guests and in-house guests who wish to reserve daybeds or cabanas.
Cancellations must be made at least 24hours prior to the reservation. A fee of AED 150 per person will be charged to the card on file for late cancellations or no-shows.

Sun Loungers

A full pre-payment is required to confirm reservations for external guests. In-house guests are exempt from the policy.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the reservation.
The full amount will be non-cancellable and non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.

Daybeds, Floating Bed, Cabanas, and Pool Villa

Credit card details are required to confirm reservations for external guests and in-house guests who wish to reserve daybeds or cabanas.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the reservation.
50% of the original amount will be charged on the card provided in case of late cancellation or no-show.

In-house guests who wish to walk in without a reservation will be accommodated based on availability.

External guests without reservations may be accommodated based on availability; however, please note that entry to the property might not be guaranteed without a booking confirmation.

Dress Code: Beach Chic

As the pool area follows a relaxed resort-style dress code, we recommend swimwear or casual attire.
UAE National Dress (Kandura and Abaya) is not appropriate for the venue.
Burkinis and Hijab are allowed.

Holding Time

Sun Loungers, Daybeds, and Cabanas are held for 30 minutes past the reservation time.
Guests arriving later than 30 minutes are requested to call the venue in advance

GROUP INFORMATION

Group Size: Sunbeds at Cloud 22 can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. Groups of 5 or more are required to book a cabana, no exceptions at any time.
Booking Guarantee: For group bookings and exclusive hire, please forward all inquiries to the restaurant team.
