TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservation Policy:

○ Assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

○ Entry prices do not include any food or beverage and are not redeemable.

○ Cabanas include a chef's selection of bites.

Dress Code: Beach Chic Attire

○ National Dress is NOT ALLOWED

○ Burkini & Hijab is ALLOWED

Table Holding Time: Please note that reservations are held for 30 minutes after the time of booking.

Prepayment Policy: Credit card details are required to secure your booking.

Cancellation and Amendment Policy:

○ In case of late cancellation (made within 48 hours prior) or no show for the sun loungers, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card given.

○ In case of late cancellation (made within 48 hours prior) or no show for the beds and cabanas, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card given.

○ The policies only apply to external guests.
