AGE RESTRICTIONS The Spa and Fitness Centre is open to guests aged 16 and older. Children between 12 and 15 years old may access the facilities daily from 9 AM to 2 PM, provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or older. Children under 12 are not allowed in the fitness center, lap pool, or spa. | |
Explorer's Club | IMPORTANT
Please be advised that while the Atlantis, The Royal Explorers Kids Club is closed for renovation, tentatively until December 15th, we are putting in place several alternative options to redirect the guests to.
From October 20th, the Family Area located at the Air-Conditioned Cabanas at the Royal Pool will be closed. Instead, we will offer:
Temporary Atlantis Explorers Club in Sunlight Tower A drop-off facility for children 4 - 12 years old. A welcome/registration desk will be available on the Promenade level, across from the Sunlight Tower elevators. Available from 20th October onwards. Operating hours are the same as the main Explorers Club with 3 drop-off sessions: 10am - 1pm, 2pm - 6pm, 7pm - 11pm. No parents/nannies allowed inside the facility during operational hours. A parent-supervised area designed for children 0 - 4 years old. Operating hours are 10am - 7pm. This area is already available to our guests.
Access to Atlantis, The Palm Explorers Club (4 - 12 y. o.) and Little Explorers (0 - 3 y. o.) Designated air-conditioned buggies will be located outside of the Food Marquet. For staff-supervised transition guests are encouraged to visit the Welcome/Registration desk across from Sunlight Tower elevators.
Babysitting services Subject to Terms and Conditions of service. 24 hours advance notice required for booking. Babysitting services can be booked by phone/WhatsApp or email at +971 55 200 4421 or theroyal.explorers@atlantisdubai.com accordingly.

Atlantis Tennis Court | IMPORTANT: Atlantis The Royal Tennis Court has officially reopened for guest use as of 28th July 2025. Following the recent renovation, the court is now fully operational and ready to welcome guests once again.
