The following verbiage is intended for use when assisting external guests outside of regular operating hours. It provides clear, courteous, and consistent messaging to ensure a smooth guest experience even when full services may not be immediately available. This communication should be delivered with professionalism and empathy, guiding guests on alternative options or next steps as needed.
External Guests
The following verbiage, approved by Ann, may be used for all external calls received by the Operators Team related to MWP and RR during their non-operating hours.
MWP: Thank you for calling! Our operating hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM daily. You’ve reached us outside these hours, but we’d love to assist you. Please call or chat with us again tomorrow during our working hours, or feel free to email us—we’ll get back to you within 24 hours. Have a wonderful day!
RR/ Ramadan: Thank you for calling! Our operating hours are from 9 AM to 2 AM daily. You’ve reached us outside these hours, but we’d love to assist you. Please call or chat with us again tomorrow during our working hours, or feel free to email us—we’ll get back to you within 24 hours. Have a wonderful day!
In-House Guests
We will continue to assist all in-house guests for both ATP and ATR services. If a guest reaches out outside of office hours, their request will be logged in the callback tracker using the link below for follow-up as soon as service hours resume.
