Luggage Storage Rules ATP and ATR

For the convenience of our guests, we provide luggage storage for those departing after the standard check-out time due to late flights, as well as for early arrivals who wish to explore the resort while waiting for their room.

• Luggage storage procedures for both properties:

  • We do not inspect luggage for guests who have checked out and wish to store their bags.

  • Checked-out guests may store their luggage until midnight only.

  • For stored luggage from departing guests, create an Amadeus task under "Luggage down" and note "Guest leaving – luggage to be stored."

  • Only arriving guests' luggage will be scanned.

  • No overnight luggage storage is permitted for checked-out or pre-arrival guests under any circumstances.

  • We do not offer luggage storage for day visitors. However, you can suggest they explore external storage companies that offer services at the airport or in the city.
    

Luggage Storage Terms & Conditions:

• Luggage is accepted for storage by the hotel on these terms:
• The articles are deposited with the hotel at the sole risk of the owner. The hotel will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
• The hotel is authorized to deliver the articles to any person presenting the luggage claim check without requiring any proof of identity and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage which may be suffered by the owner as a result hereof.
• The luggage may be scanned for any volatile objects and if needed inspected by Security without any liability whatsoever to the owner.
  

Please Note: Luggage storage is not available in the following cases:

• Overnight storage after check-out
• Before a guest's check-in or official arrival
• For day visitors or external guests

Luggage Storage Rules for External Guests

As an alternative, a third-party company offers luggage storage services (chargeable) for external guests visiting Atlantis. While we do not provide this service directly for external guests, you may kindly inform them that DUBZ.com is a recommended option for convenient and reliable luggage storage assistance.
