ATR Weighing Luggage Request
Please take note of the following guideline regarding luggage weighing requests from in-house guests:
- When a guest requests to weigh their luggage, do not raise the request in HOTSOS under “Luggage Delivery” or “Luggage Down”. This has been confusing.
- Please keep in mind that the weighing scale cannot be sent to the guest room due to its size and weight.
- Instead, raise the HOTSOS request under “Pick Up Package”. In the remarks section, please indicate that the guest wants to weigh their luggage and include the number of pieces to be weighed.
ATP Weighing Luggage Request
At Atlantis, The Palm, we offer small hand luggage scale.
If guests request for luggage scale, please a task in Amadeus under “luggage delivery” and clearly mention the request in remarks, bellman will assist the guest in the room.
