Storing Valuable Items
We store only suitcases at the luggage clock room, if the guest has valuables such as passports, money, jewelry, laptop or any other expensive devices, we highly recommend to use the available lockers to avoid loss or damage of valuables.
Locker facilities are available in the following areas:
- Hospitality Lounge (ATP) - free of charge
- Aquaventure World - for rental
- Imperial Club Lounge - free of charge for ATP IC and VIP rooms only
- Royal Club Lounge - free of charge for ATR RC and VIP rooms only
- Locker facilities are included with cabana bookings at Aquaventure World and Pool & Beach.
Please note that these lockers are suitable for small bags and personal valuables only. Larger items, including suitcases and cabin-sized suitcases, must be stored at the Bell Desk storeroom.
