EDUCATION THEMED APPROACH:
At Atlantis Atlas Village we offer a more educational-themed program system rather than a hands-on one, hence all programs should only be described as " shallow/deep water behaviors that vary from dolphin to dolphin.
PREGNANCY:
In order to further improve the safety of our guests, we are no longer permitting pregnant ladies to participate in our deep-water programs.
Shallow water interactions are still available; however, we would urge guests to use caution and sound judgement with regards to their conditions and make themselves aware of all risks.
we may also request the guests to present a doctor's level of approval at any time in order to participate in the program.
CHILD RATE & RATIO:
- Complimentary and Child rates apply to Dolphin Encounter & Dolphin Meet and Greet
- Infants aged 0-2.99years old get complimentary ticket with one paying and participating adult
- Kids aged 3-7.99 years old are entitled for a child rate
- Children aged 8 years old and above pay adult rate
* Guests carrying infants will get 1 opportunity to take photo and participate in the individual activities along with their baby. Shall the guest wish to have a separate opportunity, the child chargeable tickets may apply.
AGE POLICY:
- All children below 12 years old must be accompanied by participating and paying adult.
- Ratio is 1:2 for children under 12 years old.
- Infants must be accompanied by one adult separately.
- An adult of 18 years old can accompany children in the programs.
