Ariana Bundy, the visionary behind Ariana’s Persian Kitchen at Atlantis The Royal, is known for reinventing the flavors of her Iranian heritage with elegance and heart. Born into a family of passionate cooks, Ariana grew up in Iran surrounded by fresh produce, herbs, and traditional recipes passed down through generations. Her early love for cooking was deeply influenced by her father and grandparents, who cultivated everything from fruits to vegetables on their land.


Beginning her professional journey as a pastry chef, Ariana later turned her focus to the vibrant flavors of Persian cuisine. This passion led to the release of her award-winning cookbook, Pomegranates & Roses: My Persian Family Recipes, which was named Best Culinary Heritage Book at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards in 2012. She later brought her storytelling to screen with a food and travel series that explored the rich culinary traditions of Iran, captivating a global audience.


Today, Ariana channels her love for Persian culture into Ariana’s Persian Kitchen, an elegant and contemporary dining experience that has earned a coveted Forbes Four-Star Rating in the 2024 Forbes Travel Guide. This honor recognizes not only the refined dishes and warm hospitality, but also Ariana’s dedication to sharing the soulful, sensory journey of Persian cuisine with the world.
