What does H&S team do?


Health & Safety team - Ensures a safe environment for everybody without risk to health.

 Ensures that all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations in the resort are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.


If you handle any matter related to food poisoning, facility safety hazards, any other hygiene related concerns such as listed below, our resort H&S team must be involved. 


Food poisoning allegation 

F&B outlets hygiene

Wet surfaces (can cause slip & falls)

Malfunctioning attraction

Sharp objects at the beach & pool areas

Broken or faulty equipment 

Pool Water Hygiene

Food & Beverage from outside

Fire Safety

and more.


First thing first, do not forget to extend apologies and show empathy to the guest’s concern. Escalate the matter to the relevant management team to take an action (via call if possible) and make sure to send an email to the relevant team, copying CC TLs and H&S team, and any other relevant team that needs to be aware of the matter as a back-up. 


Email subject for food poisoning complaints, should be strictly: 

“Alleged Foodborne Illness, conf# Name of the guest”


For all the complaints, update guest’s profile notes in Opera accordingly.
