SOP - Room / Suite Upgrade Process on Opera for (ATP/ATR)

The upgrade upselling transaction code remains the same as 1043 for both ATP and ATR.

From here on when upselling or upgrading a room, please DO NOT use RSVN-UPS package. You are required to update a Fixed charge amount on nightly basis depending on the upgrade supplement you have quoted the guest.

Example for ATP: The guest is booked for a KO and you have upsold the guest to TC on call/email/chat and the upgrade supplement for total stay is AED 2,500 per night, you would simply need to add a fixed charge of AED 2,500 per night under transaction code 1043.

Example for ATR: The guest is booked for a KSE and you have upsold the guest to STS on call/email/chat and the upgrade supplement for total stay is AED 5,500 per night, you would simply need to add a fixed charge of AED 5,500 per night under transaction code 1043.
