TICKETING / CALL CENTER INSTRUCTIONS:

• Ticketing Team to request a copy of the Emirates Boarding Pass (either printed or electronically) along with a valid ID.
• Call Center to remind the guest that they must present valid EK Boarding Pass (either printed or electronically) when booking via phone. If the booking is made via email, they must request for the EK Boarding Pass to be sent to avail the offer.
• Call Center, AV Admissions Team to select discount code “My Emirates Pass” for the applicable discount to be applied.

• Payment to be collected from the guest directly.
• Ticketing Teams/Call Center to charge the guest directly.
• Do not store, take pictures or photocopy guest personal information/details. IDs presented are for identification and verification purposes only.
