Special Occasion Trace Codes 

 

Standard Guest Room: Traces can be placed under "RS" and "IRD." 

Royal Club Rooms & Junior suites (STS, FTS, SVS, 2TS, 3TS): Traces can be placed under "RC" and "IRD." 

Sky pool Villa and above room categories: Traces can be placed under "VIP" and "IRD." 


- BIR, HON, ANN codes are placed in the “Preferences” field, which means that the amenity will be delivered on day of arrival and NOT on actual Birthday of the guests. Please only place a trace for the actual date they are celebrating.
- Traces are placed for the entire stay period (repeating daily) instead of placing it once, which again leads to an overload of amenities being sent.
- It would be of course helpful, when is the actual day of the birthday / honeymoon or anniversary, so that the concerned department can schedule it for the actual day.
- Special celebration will be accompanied by a card, that will be dropped to IRD not later than 9 am each day.
- New special celebration cards are currently under approval for each occasion and will soon go for printing.
- Traces for special occasions are placed under “Hospitality Lounge” that we don’t have in ATR, thus traces are not being 
resolved or worked on.
-  Attach the request in the "SPECIALS" field. You may escalate the request directly to the appropriate team based on the room category:
  • Atlantis The Royal Services for Standard Rooms

  • Royal Club Services for Royal Club Rooms, Junior Sky View Suites, and Sky Terrace Suites

  • VIP Services for Sky Pool Villa and Penthouses
