ABOUT THE CHEF: Gordon Ramsay is a renowned British chef, restaurateur, author and television personality, widely recognized for his popular shows such as Hell's Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares, and MasterChef. His acclaimed restaurant group holds a total of 7 Michelin stars, with 35 establishments spanning the globe from Singapore to the United States. In recognition of his contributions to the culinary world, he was appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire by Queen Elizabeth II.

Allergies/Dietary Requirements:

The restaurant is flexible with allergies or dietary requirements.
Gluten-free pasta is offered. Gluten can also be removed from some dishes (e.g., tuna tartare).
With proper communication to the chefs, most dietary needs can be accommodated, even on short notice.

ELEVATED GUEST EXPERIENCES

Special Occasions:

If a guest is celebrating a special occasion, it should be mentioned at the time of booking. While we don’t actively promote it, the restaurant is pleased to offer a small complimentary dessert, if one isn’t ordered, along with a greeting on the plate to make the celebration extra special.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested. Same-day arrangements are subject to availability, but the team will strive to make the celebration special.
Personalized cakes and flower bouquet arrangements are available at an additional charge. Requests must be coordinated directly with the restaurant team.
Guests may bring their own cake from outside, subject to signing a waiver form at the restaurant. Additionally, for occasions such as anniversaries, and upon request, the restaurant is happy to arrange a thoughtful touch like flower petals on the table. It is recommended to inform the team 24 hours in advance to facilitate these arrangements.

Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area on the terrace. Cigarettes are available at the premises, but cigars and shisha are not.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservation Policies

Reservations are highly recommended to secure seating and guarantee a pleasant dining experience.
No credit card details are required to confirm reservations, for both in-house and external guests.
Should plans change, guests are encouraged to cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
In-house and external guests who wish to walk in without a reservation will be accommodated based on availability.

Dress Code: Smart Casual

Gentlemen are requested to wear the following:
Minimum of tailored shorts
T-shirts with sleeves
Closed shoes
UAE National Dress (Kandura and Abaya) is welcomed and considered appropriate for the venue.
The following dress code are not permitted:
Swimwear or beachwear
Sportswear
Sleeveless shirts
Flip flops
Caps & hats
Children must follow the same dress code as adults.

Table Holding Time:

Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time.
Guests arriving later than 15 minutes are requested to call the restaurant in advance.
The reservation may be re-allocated to a later timing based on availability.
If no suitable timing is available, seating will be offered based on available tables upon arrival.

GROUP INFORMATION

Group bookings of 9 guests and more, as well as exclusive hire inquiries should be directed to the restaurant for handling. A pre-payment of 50% would be required.
