AGE POLICY

Main Dining:

Families with members below 21 years old may reserve their seating between 18:00 - 19:00 and must vacate by 21:00.
Families with members aged 21 and above are welcome to make reservations at any available time.

Bar Counter & Ultra Lounge: Strictly for guests aged 21 and above. National dress is not permitted.

The dining experience is for 2 hours. For guests reserving the last seating, the last food and beverage order time should be clearly communicated in advance to manage expectations, particularly in case of late arrival.

The menu features Lamb Shank Rendang, Cha Ca Seabass, Kung Pao Chicken, Wagyu Beef with Ssamjang Glaze, Premium Steak, and indulgent desserts like Mango Pandan Sticky Rice.

Late Night Menu

Perfect for night owls and partygoers. Also ideal for those arriving late and seeking alternatives to In-Room Dining (IRD)

Guests receive a dining credit of AED 365/Adult and AED 182.50/Child per night, applicable to food only.
If the bill exceeds the dining credit, the additional amount will be chargeable.

Allergies/ Dietary Requirements:

Guests are encouraged to inform the restaurant of any allergies or dietary requirements at least 24 hours in advance.
Vegetarian options are available but limited.
The restaurant is flexible and will make every effort to accommodate same-day notifications, advance notice is preferred for complex allergies.
Jain vegetarian requests require at least 48 hours' notice.

ELEVATED GUEST EXPERIENCES

Special Occasions:

Guests celebrating special occasions can order a dessert on a chargeable basis. A generic greeting can also be added upon request.
Complimentary cakes or desserts are not provided; however, in-house cakes from the central kitchen are available and can be upsold when possible.
Outside cakes are allowed with a signed waiver form, and no cakeage fee applies.
Personalized cakes and flower bouquet arrangements are available for an additional charge. Inquiries and requests should be directed to the restaurant.
Requests for table decorations like petals cannot be accommodated.

SEATING

Seating preferences can only be guaranteed in advance when the guest agrees to the applicable minimum spend.

Requests without a minimum spend, such as tables with a view or near the DJ, are subject to availability and cannot be confirmed in advance. However, all requests will be noted on the reservation.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Reservations are highly recommended to secure seating and guarantee a pleasant dining experience.
Credit card details are required to confirm reservations for external guests. In-house guests may reserve without providing card details.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation. A fee of AED 200 per person will be charged to the card on file for late cancellations or no-shows.
In-house guests who wish to walk in without a reservation will be accommodated based on availability.
External guests without reservations may be accommodated based on availability; however, please note that entry to the property might not be guaranteed without a booking confirmation.

Dress Code: Smart Chic

Gentlemen are requested to wear the following:
Long trousers or smart jeans
Shirts with sleeves
Closed shoes
UAE National Dress (Kandura and Abaya) is welcomed, but not in the Ultra Lounge or by the Bar Counter.
The following dress code are not permitted:
Swimwear or beachwear
Sportswear
Flip-flops
Caps
Open-toed Shoes (For gentlemen)
Children must follow the same dress code as adults.

Table Holding Time

Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time.
Guests arriving later than 15 minutes are requested to call the restaurant in advance.
The reservation may be re-allocated to a later timing based on availability.
If no suitable timing is available, seating will be offered based on available tables upon arrival.

GROUP INFORMATION

Group Size: Reservation requests for 11 guests and above, requires the approval of the restaurant.

Booking Guarantee: Group bookings of 13 guests or more, as well as exclusive hire inquiries, should be directed to the restaurant for handling.
