We specialize in high-quality steaks, perfectly cooked to your liking, along with other delicious dishes that are perfect for sharing. The ambiance is family-friendly until 8:30 PM, and after that, it turns into a more relaxed, adult-focused setting.

Adult Crowd: After 8:30 PM, the ambiance transitions to a more adult-focused environment, perfect for couples and groups seeking a quieter, more intimate dining experience. This flexibility ensures we can cater to a diverse range of guests, from families to adults looking for a refined experience.

Restaurant Areas: What are the different areas of your restaurant, and what makes each area special?
Our restaurant has several areas, each offering a unique experience.
Main Dining Room
This is the largest area in the restaurant. It’s designed to offer a vibrant, energetic atmosphere where you can enjoy a full dining experience. You’ll be able to see the open kitchen, which adds an exciting element, as you can watch the chefs prepare the dishes. There's also a view of the wine cellar. The high ceilings give the room a spacious, airy feeling, which some people really appreciate.
Bar Area
The bar area is a more casual spot where people can sit and have a drink before or after their meal. It’s also a designated smoking area, so those who want to enjoy a cigarette or cigar can do so here. experience.
Chef’s Table
The chef’s table is a unique feature of the restaurant, located near the kitchen. It’s a large wooden table, designed for a group of up to 9 guests. This area offers a more interactive dining experience, where you’re close to the action of the kitchen. If you and your group enjoy sharing food, it’s a great choice since the table is spacious, allowing for a variety of dishes to be enjoyed together. However, the table is quite large, and the high stools can be uncomfortable for some, especially older guests.

MEAT
- Filet Mignon – Our best-selling cut, known for its exceptional tenderness and rich flavor. Sourced from Queensland, Australia, and offered in two sizes: 225g for individual servings and 325g for bigger appetites.
- Chateaubriand (600g) | Serves 2 – A generous cut of filet mignon, ideal for sharing between two guests.
- Boneless Rib-Eye – Another guest favorite, appreciated for its marbling and robust flavor.
SEAFOOD

Our restaurant is designed to be family-friendly in the earlier part of the evening. As the only steakhouse in the Atlantis, we aim to accommodate families and ensure that everyone, both adults and kids, has a great experience.
We offer a relaxed atmosphere for families with children, but we do have a policy in place regarding timing. We ask families to dine before 8:30 PM, as after this time, we transition to an adult-focused environment. We encourage families to come earlier in the evening, typically around 6:00 or 6:30 PM, as children tend to get tired later, which can affect their enjoyment.
Our kids’ menu is simple and includes drawings and crayons to keep the younger ones entertained while they wait for their food.

Appeal to Couples: Why should couples choose to visit your outlet?
Our restaurant is perfect for couples looking to celebrate special occasions. The atmosphere is relaxed and beautiful, with comfortable chairs, nice tablecloths, and nice relaxed music.
You can sit down, enjoy a glass of wine or champagne, and not want to move for hours. Many couples enjoy the relaxed vibe while they celebrate, and you can see how people get dressed up to make the evening special.

We offer a special celebration chocolate cake with a unique presentation that includes dry ice for a dramatic effect with a touch of smoke, something fun and different to make the moment extra special.
We also personalize messages for our guests. Whether it’s a farewell before leaving Dubai, a warm “welcome back” for returning diners, or a friendly “thank you” for visiting us, we make sure each celebration feels unique and meaningful.

While Seafire is known for its meat offerings, we understand that vegetarians may feel that it's not the ideal place for them. However, we do have several options for them. For example, we have three exciting vegetarian dishes that have been recently introduced:
Grilled Aubergine (eggplant) – A flavorful aubergine dish with a spicy rub.
Celeriac (Celery swollen root) – A unique dish where celery is cooked in a salt crust and sliced thick
Mushroom Steak – We use local mushrooms, which are thick and meaty. Of all the vegetarian dishes, the mushroom steak is the most popular one

Dietary Requests: Why should guests with multiple dietary requirements consider dining with you?
We’re experienced in catering to a wide range of allergies and dietary needs. Whether you’re gluten-free, nut-free, or vegan, we can adjust our menu to accommodate most requests.
For example, some of our vegetarian dishes are vegan-friendly, and gluten or nut allergies are simple for us to manage. While certain ingredients like garlic, which are common in Western cuisine, can limit options, our kitchen is flexible enough to create something special on the spot.
While we’re not a specialized dietary restaurant, we’ve successfully catered to every allergy and requirement brought to us.
