SEA LION ENCOUNTER

Step into the Sea Lion Point lagoon and get up close and personal with the playful resident sea lions. This immersive experience allows you to explore the captivating world of their biology and behaviour in waist-deep water, with an opportunity to venture in deeper for a closer look. Be part of the daily enrichment session led by our friendly expert team and embark on a journey of discovery!

YOUR EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

• Long wetsuits are provided and required for your experience

• 30 minutes check-in/changing/safety orientation with a Marine Mammal Specialist

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Participants of the Sea Lion Encounter experience must arrive at Atlas Village at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time If a participant arrives 5 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no show.” 
• Please know that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the experience itself 
• The maximum number per experience is 10 participants 
• This experience is for 8 years old and above. 
• All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult of 18 years old and above
• Photos are not included in the Sea Lion Encounter experience however they can be purchased at the Photo Counter

CANCELLATION, REFUND & RESCHEDULING 

• Full refund if the reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled event 
• 50% cancellation fee will be applied from 72 hours up to 24 hours before the experience time 
• 100% cancellation fee will be applied if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled event 
• Rescheduling must be made a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled time 
• A charge of AED 90 per person rescheduling fee will be applied if the request is within 24 hours of the booked experience Rescheduling request is subject to availability 
• No shows are charged at the full price of the booked experience
