AVAILABILITY & TIMINGS

At Ayamna, the dining experience is designed to allow guests ample time to enjoy their meals. The restaurant operates until 23:00, meaning the last seating is at this time. Once seated, guests are welcome to stay and enjoy their meal for up to two hours, until 1:00 AM.

Set Menus are available daily during dinner service. Guests may request the Set Menus upon arrival, but we recommend mentioning it when booking to ensure the best experience.

• Daily from 18:00 - 23:00
• Last Food & Shisha Order: 23:30 (Shisha is currently not available during the summer, as the Terrace is closed.)

SET MENUS

We offer two set menus, each designed to highlight the best of Lebanese cuisine. Both menus feature mezzeh, a traditional selection of small, flavorful dishes typically served in Lebanese cuisine. Mezzeh offers a variety of cold and hot appetizers, such as creamy dips, crispy pastries, and savory grilled meats. Following the mezzeh, guests will select one main course and one dessert to complete their meal. 

Berytus Set Menu – AED 340 per person (Beverages are not included and will be charged separately.)

• For 2 guests and above – 4 courses
• The Berytus Set Menu offers a more intimate experience with a selection of traditional Lebanese dishes like hummus, sambousek, grilled meats, and sweet treats. Named after the ancient city of Beirut (Berytus), this menu provides a taste of Lebanon’s rich cultural heritage. Ideal for smaller groups, the Berytus menu emphasizes classic flavors and time-honored recipes. 

Ayamna Set Menu – AED 480 per person (Beverages are not included and will be charged separately.)

• For 4 guests and above – 4 courses
• The Ayamna Set Menu is a more expansive option, perfect for larger groups. This menu offers a greater variety of mezzeh, including a mix of meat, seafood, and vegetarian options. Enjoy grilled lamb, seafood specialties, and unique vegetarian dishes. The Ayamna Set Menu is designed to offer a diverse selection of Lebanese flavors, making it a great choice for those who want a broader culinary experience.
