For guests reserving the last seating, the last food and beverage order time should be clearly communicated in advance to manage expectations, particularly in case of late arrival.

Guests are kindly requested to inform the restaurant of any allergies or dietary requirements at least 24 hours in advance.
The restaurant is flexible and will make every effort to accommodate same-day notifications.
Gluten-free options are prepared with strict attention to avoid cross-contamination.
A variety of vegan dishes are available, and the team is happy to recommend suitable options.
Complex dietary requests may involve a visit from the chef to the table for clarity and personalization.

ELEVATED GUEST EXPERIENCES

Special Occasions:

Guests celebrating special occasions will receive a complimentary dessert. A simple personalized message can also be added on the plate. The occasion should be mentioned at the time of booking.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested. Same-day arrangements are subject to availability, but the team will strive to make the celebration special.
Personalized cakes and flower bouquet arrangements are available at an additional charge. Requests must be coordinated directly with the restaurant team.
Guests may bring their own cake from outside, subject to signing a waiver form at the restaurant. It is recommended to inform the team 24 hours in advance to facilitate this arrangement.
Table decoration requests, such as flower petals, cannot be accommodated.

The floor plan is intended to help understand the restaurant’s areas and seating layout; however, it should not be shared with guests.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is only permitted at the designated Terrace Smoking Area.
A designated high table is available for guests dining in the non-smoking area who wish to step out for a cigarette.
Charcoal shisha is available in various flavors. Price starts from AED 140 depending on the flavor
Cigarettes, cigars, and e-shisha are not available at the premises.

ENTERTAINMENT

Sundays - Thursdays Ayamna features carefully curated background music that enhances its authentic Middle Eastern ambiance, creating a warm and inviting dining atmosphere.

Reservation Policies

Reservations are highly recommended to secure seating and guarantee a pleasant dining experience.
No credit card details are required to confirm l reservations, for both in-house and external guests.
Should plans change, guests are encouraged to cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
In-house guests who wish to walk in without a reservation will be accommodated based on availability.
External guests without reservations may be accommodated based on availability; however, please note that entry to the property might not be guaranteed without a booking confirmation.

Dress Code: Smart Casual

Conservative clothing is always recommended.
Gentlemen are requested to wear the following:
Minimum of tailored shorts
T-shirts with sleeves
Closed shoes
UAE National Dress (Kandura and Abaya) is welcomed and considered appropriate for the venue.
The following dress code are not permitted:
Swimwear or beachwear
Sportswear
Sleeveless shirts
Flip-flops
Open-toed shoes (For gentlemen)
Caps and hats
Children must follow the same dress code as adults.

Table Holding Time:

Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time.
Guests arriving later than 15 minutes are requested to call the restaurant in advance.
The reservation may be re-allocated to a later timing based on availability.
If no suitable timing is available, seating will be offered based on available tables upon arrival.

GROUP INFORMATION

Group bookings of 9 guests or more, as well as exclusive hire inquiries, should be directed to the restaurant for handling.

Private Dining Room: (Inquiries, should be directed to the restaurant for handling.)

Available for groups of 10 to 13 guests with no minimum spend required.
Highly recommended for hosting external guests, an ideal opportunity to enhance the experience with our set menus.
