How to contact RTA Lost & Found?
To report any lost items while using RTA services, the complaint must be submitted directly through their own app, S'Hail.
Once the guest registers, they will receive a notification with their case number, and the RTA will handle the guest's concerns directly.
Call the RTA Dubai lost and found department at 800-9090. Visit the Customer Happiness Centers. Send an email to ASK@rta.ae.
