Master the art of surfing and bodyboarding on our state-of-the-art Surf’s Up Waverider.

GUEST POLICY

All riders must be at least 1.2 meters (48") tall to ride the bodyboard.
All riders must be at least 1.3 meters (52") tall to ride standing up.
Riders must not exceed the maximum weight limit of 136 kg.
Teenagers must be accompanied by a person aged 21 or older who can sign the waiver form.

OPERATIONAL HOURS

Summer: Walk-In Access (Waterpark Guests Only)

Timing: 13:00 – 18:00
Last Walk-In Entry: 17:30
Note: This time slot is available exclusively for waterpark guests on a first-come, first-served basis.

Reservation Sessions (Hourly Slots)

Timing: 19:00 – 23:00
Last Reservation: 22:00
Limited slots available
Timings may vary between the summer and winter seasons

PRICING

Complimentary for Aquaventure Waterpark guests during walk-in hours (13:00 – 18:00)
Hourly Sessions available via reservation only from 19:00 – 23:00.
Maximum Capacity per Session: 6 guests
Summer Season (March – October): AED 475 per hour
Winter Season (November – February): AED 370 per hour

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Reservations are highly recommended, as there are limited slots available.
A full pre-payment is required to confirm reservations for external guests. In-house guests may reserve without advance payment.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation. Otherwise, the full amount will be non-refundable and non-cancellable.
In-house and external guests who wish to walk in without a reservation will be accommodated based on availability.

Dress Code

Swimwear is mandatory for participation.

Holding Time

It is requested that guests arrive 15 minutes before their reservation time.
Lanes will be held for up to 15 minutes past the reserved time.
Guests arriving later are asked to call the venue in advance.

Important Safety Notes

Guests with injuries (e.g., hard casts or open wounds) are not permitted to participate.
The ride is not suitable for:
- Pregnant guests
- Guests with heart conditions
- Guests with neck, back, or joint problems
- Waiver signed by adult or legal guardian
