AGE POLICY

Eligible Age Range: 5 to 12 years old
Height Requirement: Between 1.10m and 1.50m

OPERATIONAL HOURS

The Soft Play Area is accessible daily, from 13:00 to 21:00.

SOFT PLAY GUIDELINES

In-House Guests

Children on Half Board or Full Board packages receive complimentary access to the Soft Play area.
In-house guests without meal plans may access the Soft Play area for AED 35 per child, fully redeemable at Wavehouse or En Fuego.

External Guests

AED 35 per child, fully redeemable at Wavehouse or En Fuego.
Guests dining at either venue can enjoy complimentary Soft Play access by presenting their dining bill.

Arcade top-up packages are valid only for arcade games and do not include Soft Play access.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking Policy:

Reservations are not required. Both in-house and external guests are welcome to walk in. Waiver to be signed upon arrival.

Dress Code: Casual

It is mandatory that kids wear socks at the Soft Play Area.
Socks are also available for purchase at the venue for AED 15.
