ABOUT THE CHEF


Björn Frantzén, born in 1977, discovered his passion for food early on, inspired by a simple yet memorable steak meal. He refined his skills working at top restaurants like Chez Nico’s in London and L’Arpège in Paris under celebrated Michelin-star chefs. Today, Björn brings his innovative culinary vision to Studio Frantzén in Dubai, offering a luxurious dining experience that showcases his dedication to excellence. Beyond his culinary achievements, he actively supports charity, hosting annual dinners to benefit the Swedish Child Diabetes Foundation, highlighting his commitment to both food and community.

AGE POLICY


A minimum age of 13 years and above is required to fully appreciate the experience at FZN.

OPERATIONAL HOURS


FZN operates from Tuesday to Saturday (Closed on Sunday & Monday), with seatings available from 19:00 - 23:00. The dining experience lasts approximately 3.5 hours.

FZN offers a fixed multi-course tasting menu priced at AED 2000.

SEATING


FZN is an intimate 27-seat restaurant spread across two floors, with all seating located indoors and no outdoor dining available.

The floor plan is intended to help understand the restaurant’s areas and seating layout; however, it should not be shared with guests.

SMOKING POLICY


FZN has a terrace overlooking the Palm, where guests can smoke and exclusive cigars for purchasing.

TERMS & CONDITIONS


Booking & Cancellation Policies

  • Reservations can only be made via the official Atlantis website or directly through the restaurant. Please note that bookings are not accepted through the Call Centre.

  • A 50% pre-payment of AED 1000 per person is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance will be charged at the end of the dining experience. 

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

  • For no-shows or cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the reservation, the prepayment will be non-refundable.


Dress Code: Elegant Casual

  • Gentlemen are requested to wear the following:

  • Long trousers or smart jeans 

  • T-shirts with sleeves 

  • Closed shoes.

  • Ladies are invited to dress in elegant casual wear, refined yet effortless, suitable for a sophisticated evening, such as:

  • A stylish dress

  • Blouse with tailored pants

  • Coordinated ensemble

  • UAE National Dress (Kandura and Abaya) is welcomed and considered appropriate for the venue.

  • The following items fall outside of the dress code policy:

  • Swimwear or beachwear

  • Sportswear

  • Sleeveless shirts,

  • Flip-flops

  • Caps and hats


Table Holding Policy

  • Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reservation time. Guests anticipating a delay should contact the restaurant so suitable arrangements can be made.

  • Location: Atlantis the Palm, Main Lobby, Restaurant FZN desk to escort guest to the venue.
  • Parking: Complimentary valet parking is available at the Main Entrance of the Hotel.
