Why do we not have furniture on some of the guest room balconies?
Due to size of the balconies and for our guest's comfort & safety, some balconies in the hotel do not have furniture.
Please note: Skyline, Terrace and Regals suites will keep having furniture on the balconies.
NB: If the guest has kept insisting on having furniture on their balcony, please forward the request directly to the Resort Assistant Managers.
We do not offer walkout balcony; we only offer French/Juliet balconies in Queen size bedrooms:
A Juliet balcony, also known as a false balcony or balconette, is a shallow, narrow balcony that is attached to the exterior of a building, typically in front of a window or French door.
