Doctor is available daily from 8 AM – 7 PM
Physically doctor is in the clinic till 8 pm, but it's not recommended to walk in after 7 pm as there might be a queue already.
Appointments are not required; it’s on a walk-in basis and there might be a waiting time.
AED 500 in the clinic and AED 800 in the guest’s room.
This fee is only for consultation, any medication that is prescribed by the doctor can be ordered from our pharmacy at an additional charge.
We do not accept any insurance cards; however, we can provide the medical report and receipts that guests can use to claim from their insurance provider
After 8 pm, we offer paramedic services, and if the guest requests/requires doctors assistance, it will be arranged by the medical team and they will call a doctor from “VIP Doctors”, however, the charges will be above AED 1000 or, guests can opt to go to the nearest hospital Al Zahra for further assistance.
Additionally, all our guests can be assured of 24-hour paramedic assistance within the resort free of charge
Marina pharmacies located in Atlantis, The Palm, and are open from:
7 AM – 1 AM
Any Medical Emergencies need to be escalated to the CC Leadership/Guest Clinic and RAM.
