How to contact RTA Lost & Found?



To report any lost items while using RTA services, the complaint must be submitted directly through their own app, S'Hail. 


Guest needs to download the app and report their lost item. 

 

Once the guest registers, they will receive a notification with their case number, and the RTA will handle the guest's concerns directly. 

Alternatively:

Guests can call the RTA Dubai lost and found department at 800-9090. 

Visit the Customer Happiness Centers. 

Send an email to ASK@rta.ae.
