Wake-Up Call Request Service at Atlantis The Palm & Atlantis The Royal

Ensuring a timely and pleasant start to the day is a key element of our exceptional hospitality. We offer a dependable wake-up call service designed to help our guests wake up promptly for meetings, excursions, or simply to make the most of their day.

How to Log a Wake-Up Call

  1. Confirm the Guest’s Preferred Wake-Up Time:
Politely ask the guest for the exact time they would like to receive their wake-up call.

  2. Offer a Second Wake-Up Call:
Suggest scheduling a backup call to ensure the guest is gently reminded if they miss the first call.

  3. Offer to Ring the Bell:
Inquire if the guest would like the bell rung at their door in case there is no response to the wake-up calls.

  4. Verify Guest Details:
Reconfirm the guest’s room number and full name to avoid any confusion.

  5. Log the Request Accurately:
Ensure the wake-up call request is promptly and clearly recorded in the Opera system, including any specific notes or preferences.

  6. Important Note for Daytime Requests:
If the guest requests the wake-up call during daytime hours, kindly ask if they would prefer to keep their phone line open or activate the “Do Not Disturb” mode for calls until the wake-up time.

  7. Explain the Wake-Up Call Process:
Inform the guest that the wake-up call is automated and that they will be prompted to press 1 to accept the call or 2 to snooze.
